Need help with this brand bag

Is this ok to us in my chicken coop. I'm having issues with flea but I want to make sure I can use for my grass and it does not harm the chickens or ther animals I have here. I got this at home depot

This product will kill soft bodied insects when it's dry, has no effect when it's wet or damp. And it's unsafe to inhale for us and our critters. Not useful enough compared it it's negative effects on our lungs, and any other critter who inhales it.
Return it and if you actually have poultry fleas, treat the birds and their coop with permethrin instead.

It's to late I sprinkle a little bit of it in the coop. I hope they will be OK. I won't use use it anymore. Can you send me what it looks like Also why so it say to add in food?
