Thank you Elmo- that was very helpful. Maybe I will use it on the last 4" of roof, and use a traditional roof the rest.

I would definately go with a small skylight, and roof solid the rest. Make a cute window somewhere on the coop, I think it always adds more charactor. Good Luck
