Need help with treats for my chickens

I've been reading around and it says you can give them a bunch of thing as a treat. What would be the healthiest thing to feed them as a treat?

I am sure that everyone has a favorite treat. I give mine black oil sunflower seeds most of the time. They also get leftovers from food preparation and leftover food.

They eat most anything with great relish. I try to keep junk food such as light bread and that sort of thing to a minimum. They will fill up on whatever you give them, then won't eat the good stuff.

For the most part, fresh green leafy vegetables, some seeds, cooked meat can make up your list.

what would you NOT give to chicks? I have read avacoda and potatoes but don't remember anything else.
