1) Buff Orpington rooster is about 6 months old
2) He is lethargic but still moves, when he walks around or stands his wings are almost touching the ground
3) this has been going on for about 4 days now
4) No other birds are like him they all seem fine
5) He was coughing up or puking clear and white on the 2 day but isn’t anymore
6) i think he has sour crop
7) he started drinking and eating on 3 day
8) He has green runny poop and does not poop very often
9) i have been making him puke and took away food for 24 hours we are now taking away food and water for 12 hours and tomorrow he will get some probiotics so we are following sour crop treatments
10 ) I would like to treat myself and if it is to were he will die if he doesn’t go to the vet then I will take him
11) He is in a separate cage with hay for bedding

Is there anything else I can do to help treat him

I would make sure he has a heat source, as he may not be able to regulate his own heat right now. I would also not withhold water. If you suspect a crop issue, in my opinion, your first step is to inspect his crop before he goes to roost and then again first thing in the morning. The green runny poop may be from him not eating enough. You need to determine why. I couple drops of Nutridrench straight may perk him up while you sort this out.
Also, as far as "making him puke," this is not recommended unless you are certain you know what you are doing, as you can aspirate his crop contents into his lungs, causing other (and often life threatening) problems.
What do you feed him? This will be a factor in whether he has a crop issue and how to remedy it. Good luck!

Get rid of the hay. It has mold spores. Just put a blanket it there. I would also add Apple cider vinegar to the water. You also need a probiotic in the feed with some copper to regulate the gut flora. A little plain yogurt. Sounds like a bacterial or yeast infection. Is the comb purplish?

right now we are feeding him layer feed with cracked corn and chick grit. this morning he has not been able to fully lift his head and neck

yes the tip of his comb is purple

Could also be botulism, aka limberneck. Any chance he consumed moldy feed? Roosters shouldn't be fed a layer ration because of the extra calcium.
