I have a cold and can't seem to do the maths but my sparrow definitely has worms.
I have Aviverm to dose his water with but can't figure out the dosage.
He weighs 36 grams.
The only information I can find is that it's 1ml per 9kg live weight and 4ml per 1L.

Can someone help me?

I would first dilute the Aviverm by 1 to 100 by adding 10 mls (or ccs) to 1 L of water and mixing. Shake the bottle very well before removing the 10 ccs, preferably using a syringe then mix that into 990 mls of water to make 1 L of solution. This will produce a solution that is now 0.24 % or 2.4 g/L.
The dosage of levamisole for birds is about 26.7 mg/kg of body weight.
Your sparrow only weighs 0.036 Kg so he only needs about 1 mg of levamisole.
After you've diluted the Aviverm 1:100, you will need to give him 0.4 ml of the diluted Aviverm.
I have never dosed a sparrow. I don't know how much they drink but if you can figure out how to safely get that 0.4 ml of diluted Aviverm into him, he'll be good to go.
Good luck.
