Need help!!

So I have made like 4 duck diapers for my duck Jafar. I like the design of the diapers but I’m having issues with around the shoulders, neck, or wings. It just doesn’t look right. Can anyone help me with the pattern of this diaper? Help with ideas or pictures of other diapers.

Yea cause I made inserts for his diapers but we still messes cuz it’s too big around his neck. I made one that fix’s but it looks to tight in my eyes. I’m gonna keep tryin til I figure out that pattern I like and we don’t have any issues with.

Maybe look at this. It looks like the elastic straps slide under the wings.
