Need help

Is 4 roosters to 10 hens too many roosters? I have 3 roosters I have to keep, and the one I’m likely giving away Tuesday is bonded with a pullet well - so idk if I should keep him. He’s a good rooster but I don’t enjoy my roosters fighting all day.
I have 7 roosters and 33 hens. I was terrified of the fights I knew were coming. I want to keep the roosters because they are Assorted breeds and I would like to grow my flock with those specific breeds and hybrids.

I have found blinders work great to keep fight injuries to a minimum.

You do have too many roosters. Your hens will be over mated and they can die from the stress, injuries or they can develop reproductive issues like being egg bound or infection.

You need more hens. A minimum of 8 per rooster. If you have bonded pairs, you can expect the roo to be less of a tail chaser and develop a clique of 3-4 dedicated hens, but it's not a guarantee.

Good luck.
