We are having trouble with our flock going blind and a few days later dieing. And it seems to be one at a time. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Can you post pictures of their eyes? Are there other symptoms like paralysis?

No paralysis, eyes looks like lids are closed

 

[Eggcessive]

Are they swollen or have any discharge? Can you post any pictures? Are they congested or gasping, sneezing, or have crackles when they breathe?
