Need Help.

my little cochin has a runny eye and the li looks sowlen a little not matted shut thank god. it is eating and drink fine and growning like it should. it looks a little scratched is there anything i can do for he/she? if i need to post pics let me know. thanks

does nobody have any clues? i may have a lot of chickens but i asure you im brand new to the chinken scean. mine are all babies. got the first ones on april2 this yr. please help........
