I would start with reading the index - and FAQ's

You will want to subscribe to your own posts. First you post your question like you have done, and then when you see your post (It will show you what your post looks like after submitting it.) toward the left hand bottom of the screen the is a blue subscribe link. Click that and you receive notices in your e-mail account that someone has replied to your post. You can also subscribe the same way to any other thread that you would like to follow.
