I got my chicks on Feb 5th, they were a day old. I really suck at math. how old are my chicks now 17-18 weeks old right? When do they start laying. i have 4 red sex link chickens. thanks

if my adding is correct

March 5th they were 4 weeks old
April 5th they were 8 weeks old
April 15th they are 10 weeks old

so they should be around 10 weeks old and hens usually lay depending on breed between 17-22 weeks old
