Need Help

G'day to you all. I have a BRINSEA OCTAGON 20 EX ADVANCE INCUBATOR WITH FULL HUMIDITY Pump and can't seem to get the pump to work can someone help me out. I would appreciate it alot.

Thanks jm93030! It is not pumping water. Does the hoes at the top of the pump have to be tight?

I have the same pump and the hose that wraps around the black turning piece has to be the exact length or it will not pump, also it will have air bubbles and will take some time to pump all the water up to get rid of the air bubbles. Make sure it is plugged it all the way also. My husband took the end that goes onto the rigid hose off and sucked the water up to that point and then reattached it so it would not take so long. The pump is great when you get it going.

Also check that you have the hose wound the correct way around the bit that turns to pump the water up.
First time I connected mine up, I had it on the wrong way round and the pump was actually sucking air into the water tank.
