need help

Hi I am Becky from Va and I new and I need help Please.
I have 25 speckled Sussex them are 7 weeks old and have been doing sooo good but I just checked on them and some of them are passing blood and I do not know what to do can some one help me please. Thank you Beck

I'm not sure what's causing your bleeding, but try posting in the emergencies/diseases/illnesses thread.

Could be worms or other parasites, but that's just a guess.

Sounds like it could be Cocci, especially if you've had lots of wet weather lately.

Medicated starter feed is specifically designed to prevent coccidiosis, maybe others can mention whether you'd need more than that, now.

You need to get them on Cocci medication now. Once they start passing blood you don't have alot of time.

I use 'Sulmet'. It is fast acting and saved my Dolly when she was a baby. The directions are on the bottle. Follow exactly, so that you do not overdose them.
