Need help

I have some chicks. ( there about 2 maybe 3 weeks old.) I've been feeding them some start and grow feed. When do I feed them grit?

I followed the directions on the bag with my first flock last year. It worked wonderfully, they started laying at four months old. I'm doing the same with this years chicks. There are three stages before they are ready for the bug girl food....I'm a new egg...but I thought I'd share that with you.....

I offer small amounts of grit when I start giving them other foods. If they are only eating chicken feed, they don't need grit. Grit helps them digest chunky and fibrous foods.
