Need high calorie diet for sick chicken

My chicken has been ill and is losing weight (she is internally laying and has been through surgery already). I need a high calorie diet that might help since the protein from her layer feed, mealworms, cat food, fruits, vegies is not doing that.

Tube feed her 30% turkey or gamebird crumbles mixed with water, that's what I do with my sick ones. Your vet can set you up with supplies and show you how easy it is to do.
