Need ideas for moving my chainlink goose (dog) pen.

I was gifted a chainlink dog pen to use to move my geese around the pasture. The idea is working great, but i'm starting to bend the pipes while (carefully) picking it up to move it. I was thinking I could construct a wooden base to secure the pen on top of that would keep it more stable while moving. Either that, or putting it on wheels somehow (which I don't have a good idea of how to do).

Anyone done anything like this, or have thoughts on how to do it well?

I don't know how well that would really work or whether those wheels would stay on.

4 wheels at $35 a piece, ouch! I wonder if I could figure out how to rig up something similar on my own?

Heavy gauge wire in U loops attached to bottom ground poles. Run PVC pipe through the U and under the ground frame pipe. Push all you want.
