Need ideas for our new "coop" (pic) need plans for large scale ty

Since 1/2 of our flock (mostly hens) became victims of many predator hits this fall/winter, hubby decides to rebuild. Well, his idea, ummm as you can see is taking on huge proportions!! Any how, part of the building is going to be a run-in for horses and part will be used to store saw dust shavings (for bedding). I will need ideas for building the areas for my chickens. All advice welcome!

I am pretty surprised at the SIZE - it's not going to be a chicken "coop", it's more like a chicken barn!
