Need ideas of a good coop that will be "winter hardy" for my chickens.

We didn't do the chicken math before our first coop and now I need a new coop, so, my hubby has offered to build a new one, but I need some ideas on a coop that won't kill my back to clean, can house 8-10 chickens (I have 5 right now), and that will allow eletric for the winter as I want to get a breed that needs warmth in the winter cause of the comb.....I appreciate any and all thoughts....
