Need ideas on redoing my coop!!!!!!

I have 10 chickens in my big pen/coop and the coop is 4 foot by 4 foot and about 6 foot high,the nest boxes are about 2 feet up the wall and theres 2 little roosts on the other side and one under neath the nest boxes. The more dominant chickens roost on top the nest boxes and a couple in the nestboxes

,I've been thinking on how to redo the inside so the nest boxes will be on the floor and there be enough roosts for everyone. I will post a couple pictures of it tomorrow but I REALLY need to redo the inside so the chickens will be happy and have enough roosts and the nestboxes on the floor. If someone helps me with this I would REALLY appreciate it...thanks a bunch!!!!!!!!!!!

And I'm hoping to make it bigger soemtime

It doesn't matter how high or how low the nest boxes are as long has the roosts are higher then them. The more dominant birds will want ne as high up as they can get so if you do this they won't sit on the nest boxes instead they will use the roosts.

I know the dominant one's want to roost as high as they can,but I want to put the nestboxes on the floor
