Need immediate help. Duckling eye infection

So both his eyes are sealed tight by some white gunk. Nostrils also have it. Wont stand up anymore- legs seem to be very weak.Tried alot of things. None work. What do I do with my poor ducky. Desperately trying to help him anyway possible

How old is he?

My first thought is, some mild saline solution - drip some on his eyes and nares - you may want to gently swab the eyes and nares with a Qtip dipped in saline solution.

Is the little one eating and drinking? I would dip the bill in lukewarm water, see if I could get him or her to drink something. If the little does drink, then I would put some Sav A Chick or similar vitamins and electrolytes in the water for nourishment.

Yes hes still alive this morning. I dont know how much he can take. Hes only 5 weeks old.
He eats and drinks but I have to feed him personally or else he wont eat at all. He just sits and falls over. He cant even get back up, hes so weak. Nothing that I've done seems to work

Can you post a picture of his head? Sounds like he might have a serious respiratory infection. Do you have any antibiotics (human, pet or poultry)? Can you take him to a vet?

s he a wild Mallard? if so, probably best to surrender him to a wild life rescue center.
