need information on bantam roosters

I have a bantam buff laced polish rooster I got from a local farm store. It appears he has genetic problem with is toe nail it's all curled and small.
I want to be able to breed him with other bantams I'll be getting next year, but because it's genetic I get chicks that have it too . I wondering what other bantam breed of rooster I could get that wouldn't be aggressive towards my polish and would be friendly and make a good pet. I would just get rid of him but I'm really attached to him! Please inform me what breed I should get.

Could you post a picture. Sometimes you have to trim their nails. Personally I wouldn't worry too much

If you're just creating cross bred bantams what difference does it make?

If I'm showing the cross-breed with a toe nail like this it will be a difference. Right?

His nail is not bad just trim it back with a nail clipper And shape with an Emory board. You can retrain the nail. You can't show cross breed birds. Except in showmanship, but that is discouraged.
