Need input on Braggs Mountain Buffs... I can't believe it

Are they a sex link cross breed?

Really, the best egg producer I have ever had were/are red stars. They are quiet, not generally aggressive, rarely broody and lay lots of very big eggs. My oldest girls turn seven next year and they are still here because they are so reliable. They are very dependable layers and though I have only had hens, they are of decent body size though I still prefer a broiler for a meat carcass.
