Our neighbors have a pair. They won't sit, so I told them to bring them over and I would give a try in my incubator. I now have one that hatched with leg problems.
Now I am quite well known as the chicken whisper in our family
can pretty much fix anything. I think I have lost the title with this gal
Her legs are bad. Her feet turn in a little. Not to sure how normal that is. She wouldn't stand at all. First I tried the tape between the legs for support the hobble brace Nope fell over.
Next was the pipe cleaner as support and a shoe type thing made with the cleaner...nope falls over side ways.
Tried the box that was narrow, so that she had to stand. Of course she couldn't fall over, but she could sit.
When you leave her alone. She lays with what I would call her ankle joint on the ground and her feet straight out.
I did try to massage them straight many times a day...nothing
HELP!!! I know much longer and there is not going to be a good turn out. I have been going in and making sure she drinks and eats.
I know if I give her to the owners, they will kill her.
