I have a muscovy duck who just hatched 3 ducklings in an inaccessible location. We were worried about her not being able to get her ducklings to food and water so we moved her nest down to the ground. She has now abandoned her remaining eggs. About 3-4 hrs later we realized this and have now moved them to an incubator. Any idea if this will work? Any recommendations?
Thanks for your help!

3-4 hours doesn't seem like too long of a time as long as it wasn't very cold outside. But I must admit I'm not an expert. You may want to post an update on this thread occasionally to keep it in the recent post list longer and allow more folks to see it and respond.

I hope they hatch.

i'm sure they'll be fine if you have them in an incubator . wont be for long either since the clutch has already started hatching.
keep us posted on how it goes ..
