Need pic of "Water Nipple" feeder

I keep reading about this type of water delivery system, but have not seen a photo.

Does anyone have one?

The second link was a close up of one. The nipple part is on the top and the red thing hanging is optional to help stop drips.

I couldn't find the good photos... the site is blocked on this computer. If you need more just ask.
