need pictures of roosts

Here are our roosts. We built a droppings table below them and added linoleum to it for ease of cleaning. Our roosts are made of 2x4 with the wide side up, that way they can sit flat on their feet to keep them warm.

I seldom see mine walking on the catcher board. Although, when they jump to the floor in the morning, most of them first step on the board (into the poop) before making the jump. I'm hoping they will do this less as they mature.

My temporary roost with 2x4 sides and 2x2 bars. They are nighttime poop machines, so a poop catcher/tray system is a great idea (on my list to do).

My wife was pointing out that our chicken run is too crowded and looks like a jungle gym, so the plastic table and huge long chicken ladder is will the next to go. After I cut the pop door, then I can get rid of the huge chicken ladder.
