Need plans for new 10 x 12 coop...

DH just gave the OK for me to build a 2nd coop (with his help).

I already have an 8x8 walk in coop and now would like to build one a little larger maybe 10x12 with an inside feed storage area. I was thinking about building it so that I could separate it into 2 sides with pop holes into side by side runs for 2 small flocks for breeding. I just hatched out some B/B/S Ameraucanas & some Olive Eggers. I also have a few bantams now.

If anyone has pictures or plans of a coop along this line I would love to see them. DH is a great handyman ~ but is a visual person and needs to see things laid out, not so good with improvising.

Can't offer much help with the building. But I wanted to check in and see how the chicks are doing?

Can you tell the roosters from the hens yet.

The black one is a pullet.

I think I may have one each of the BLRW & a few of the others are looking rooish too.
