Do you have a friend or neighbor who could lend you some tools? You don't need much, maybe a hammer, saw, screwdrivers, electric drill. Problem with premade coops is that they are very poorly made. They are also small. They might say they could hold 4 chickens when 2 would be crowded. Chickens need 4 square feet per bird in the coop and 10 square feet per bird in the run. So your coop will need to be at least 4 feet by 4 feet.
With minimal tools you could convert a shed into a chicken coop. By the way, it would help if you say where you live. Climate makes a big difference in what the chickens require.
