Need quail mate Anyone in SE Texas?

I am West of Houston, Anyone SE Houston that might have a baby Quail that can be a mate to by baby chick? I don't think that anymore of my eggs are going to hatch and I only got 1 chick out of 50 eggs. The eggs were suppose to hatch on Monday and this chick didn't hatch until last night. The chick is not making any sounds(don't know if I should worry or not). I was wondering if anyone has a baby quail that I could get that can be their mate so I don't loose this one. The chick is a Bobwhite. please let me know.

Thank you for your response and yes, I had one more hatch and it looks like another one is trying to hatch. It seems I miscalculated the dates on the eggs when I put them in the incubator, yesterday was actually the 28th day and I counted it as the 30th day. I am just actually glad that I didn't throw the eggs out. I am going to keep them in until Saturday just in case
