Need quick duck help asap!!!

We already raise quail... the feed store got in baby mallards today... the gf saw them and now im getting ducks.. they are from a licensed breeder... some have little lighter color tan spots on the head some dont.... male/female?? Is purina startena game bird feed on for them? What else do it need... they were playing in water and having a ball in their brooder already...

If im gonna do it i wanna get a few males and a few females.... how do i tell the difference? Does that tan spot on the head a tale tale sign?

could you post some pictures. How old? They need non-medicated food. I don't believe the spot is a gender thing. When they are older they will sound different and the drake may have a curly drake tail feather. But that will be awhile yet.

She said they were hatched yesterday evening and shipped overnight to them and they got them at 10am today...

yes, the yellow/tan on the top of the head...
