NEED RECIPE FOR WHITE SCALLOPED SQUASH

Our family loves squash DH saw these white scalloped squash seeds and insisted I plant them Well they are ready to pick but I can't find any recipes anybody ever cooked these.

Any recipe that you use with yellow squash can be done with the white or scalloped... from casseroles to plain old fried.

saute in butter with salt n pepper is one of my fav's, cut into cubes and grill with cherry tomato's is good.
