I need to use up what I have because my fridge and freezers are getting ready to spill over. So this is what I have and I was hoping somebody could suggest a recipe that has atleast one (although more would be best) of these ingredients in it.
Frozen Chicken thighs
frozen chicken tenders
frozen ground turkey (and a lot of it...)
whole chicken (frozen)
Turkey/chicken stock
Eggs (a lot of eggs lol)
Some old wine somebody gave to me to use as a vinegar, a red and a white I believe.
Dover sole
Frozen corn
frozen stir fry veggies
noodles
and a lot more....

chicken and gravy and baked corn = chicken, stock, corn and eggs

a whole chicken I will bake off and pick off the chicken and freeze in baggies, less bulk

frozen ground turkey we love for meatloaf, with peppers, a little ketchup and seasoning
or turkey burgers with celery flakes, garlic, salt and pepper
we even make tacos with turkey burger, basically anything you use hamburger for, great in chili

ground turkey - tacos.....chili...hamburger helper..................

hamburger helper! Thats a great idea... duh lol...
Do you have any favorite chicken and gravy recipes?

~ chicken thighs and/or the chicken tenders, cook just until done, cool, take meat off bones, dice into small pieces.

~ cook up several cups of rice in the broth, basmati or jasmine are a nice change from plain white rice, but use what you have on hand; cool the rice on large baking sheets

~ thaw the frozen stir-fry veggies and chop into smaller pieces

~ scramble up a few eggs, cool, and chop up with a knife

Now, chop up some fresh white onions and some green onions. Stir fry the chopped white onions in a little vegetable oil. Next, add the chopped thawed veggies and stir fry just a couple of minutes. Then add the rice and stir fry until slightly brown and hot. Next add in the diced chicken and stir fry until heated. Finally add in the scrambled egg, green onions and a splash of soy sauce if you like it. Mix it all together and heat through but don't over cook.

There - you have enough fried rice to feed an army or at least a couple of hungry teenagers!
