Need regent help

I found these eggs under my baby chickens wings. It has rained today and it has already killed 4. Put 2down to bad health and the other 3 are fine. None of my other chickens have them but i need to know what they are so i can help them.

Lice nits maybe. That or another infestation. Get treatment at your feed store.
