Need sample ordinances to present to my zoning commission.

I am meeting with the zoning commission in my township next week in an attempt to have the current zoning ordinance changed, and need ordinances from other towns/cities to present to the commission.

My property is not located in a subdivision. It is in the country on more than an acre and one half with one neighbor on each side. The three houses are surrounded by cornfields with other neighbors about 1/4 mile away.

I am especially interested in ordinances that apply to a more rural location or allow chickens and other small livestock, but all sample ordinances and advice will be greatly appreciated - thank you.
