need some advice please

i have a pullet that had all her feathers peck off of the backed of her head.will they grow back.i have tried vaseoline,neosporin,blucoat and roosterbooster pick no more lotion.i apply at least one of these in the morning and at night.when i feed in the evenings and mornings her head looks as though i had never applied anything.i have seen another pullet pecking her head.i thought about taking a baby sock and making her a hat.thanks in advance.

Can you put your pullet inside a carrier of her own? It's always good to have a separate carrier (that can fit your hen(s))just in case of an emergency.

The feathers should grow back after she molts.

she's only six months old.she has not even started to lay.so it will be a while before she molts.i could seperate her from the rest of her flock.but the poor thing has been through so much in the last month.she may be scratching the stuff off her head.plus i have seen another pullet pecking her head.thanks for your reply.
