Need some advice ???

I have a 9 month old buff orpington she came to me last wk in a bad state she had been over bred so she was missing all her back feathers and she had a sore on he belly from laying so much...she had pale gray skin and was infested with lice and worms......

so, i wormed her and the other little girl that came with her i bathed her in dawn dish soap and put poultry dust on them killed the lice she is eating great getting along with the others we are getting ready to integrate this wk but im concerned about it ......

she has very watery pure liquid poop not solid poops and i dont know what im not doing to get it solid???
she eats layer food, all kinds of scraps, egg shells, and i feel like im not doing enough to help it ???? if anyone knows what i could do please im open to anything


I also, am a bit concerned for my original flock i have been noticing here and there that their poop is kinda solid but diarrhea colored???

if anyone has any suggestions to anything i would be grateful thank you so much ....
also to update the buff, she now has most of her feathers back, her skin is pink and beautiful, she loves getting along and running around with everyone, and is now roosting at night instead of the nesting box
