Need some assistance ASAP!!

I need some of the plastic leg bands but I need them big enough for toulouse geese.

I have to keep my two banded so that when they get mixed in with the neighbors and start fighting I know who to grab! LOL!

The feed stores here have none of the larger size and to order them online you have to order this huge bag for over $50.00!!

I will pay $1.00 a piece and I need about 5 of them and of course I'll also pay the shipping.

Does anyone have any?? I'm keeping my fingers crossed that someone does.

Or does anyone have any ideas on something else to use that they won't chew off or get off and eat?

I have no idea about leg bands but until you find some, would zip cords work. They come in lots of colors and you could pull them tight enough not to fall off but not to tight.

Could you get cable ties, and leave them loose enought not to cut into the leg. Most hardware stores have them, cheap and fast.

You can get all sorts of Velcro and cut it into long strips, wrap it round and round the leg to secure it. That's what I use. And if one of them insists on pulling at it, you can wrap a slender strip of medical tape around the Velcro to make sure they can't unravel it. The more times the Velcro goes around the leg, the more secure it is. Comes in all sorts of sparkly pastel colors, LOL.

RubberChickenLubber, cable ties are what I meant, I could not think of the correct name for them. I call them Zip Cords. Thanks!

Well, duh, Cyn! Yep, forgot about the water factor for geese. Definitely zip ties would do better for them.
