One of my kids sent me that clip out of the blue to cheer me up a long time ago during a hard moment. It was so random and so inappropriate for the moment...exactly what was needed to lighten the sadness.

Totally different topic, and yell at me if I'm hijacking it too far, but how are your d'uccles doing? I've got a Mille Fleur and I'd like to get a couple friends for her in the spring.

its alright i can answer here...they are doing great have nice breads and muffs, nice leg and foot feathering, coloring is great, and they love to go outside when its not to cold. i have to take recent pics of them though and both are pullets. so right now my d'uccles consit of my porc., mille, and self blue rooster. i am looking at getting some eggs from a breeder who is developing a calico color and you can see pics of the rooster on page 422 of the d'uccle thread. i will also be expending my flock in the spring with more of the three colors i already have.
