need some hatching help

okay so my baby chicks are starting to hatch.
one of them is already out the egg and is starting to dry. all my other eggs are starting to hatch but the one that already hatched keeps turning them over to where the where the crack the chick opened in the egg is facing down.
i know when we take the turner out its for the reason so the chick can get positioned to hatch. but this little chick is pushing all the eggs all over the place.
should i do anything?

it happens thats just what they do, i have yet to figure out if it effects the hatch at all I always have one that seems to just never make it. But the rest hatch fine even with all the bumping and rolling.
