Thanks stcroixusvi...that gives me hope. I looked at your blog and saw Rosie...what a cutie. Assuming Rosie is a hen, she reminds me a lot of my Linda Sue. I'm still planning to hang on to her until she crows or proves me wrong otherwise.

If the crest feathers come to a point, it's a roo, if they are rounded, it's a hen. Take a close look.

Yes thats a roo to much red in the face and the crest is to spikey and wild to be a pullet. Sorry
