All,
I am looking for some help on getting a HOA covenant changed regarding backyard chickens. I was unaware of the rules in my development, not that I'm making excuses. I would like to use some existing Ordinance's to help me out with drafting a revision to our covenants and restrictions. Does any know or have a link to Raleigh's regulations on this or any articles discussing effects to home values, benefits, etc. thanks in advance for all your help.
