need some help please

I have a sick hen. She is about 9 months old. She acts real weak and her comb is darker and smaller than the others her same age. any help would be greatly welcomed.

How long has she been like this?
Has she laid lately?
Is she eating and drinking?
Any other symptoms?

sorry alittle new at all this. She has been acting this way for a couple of days. she is not eating or drinking much. And is not very active at all. not sure bout laying she is still with the others.
