You wont know they are shrink wrapped until they don't hatch or cant get out.
The best way to prevent this is to not open the incubator, try to get humidity up as best as you can and keep it up.
The only reason for shrink wrapping as far as I know is if someone has open the incubator and let a force of air go into the incubator.
Maybe someone with more experience can chime in.
for now sit on your hands and do not open the bator at all.

It is actually peeping more than my already hatched chick. Funny how that works isn't it?
Mine always get loud when they are hatching, some times before they even pip a whole I can hear them inside the egg it was strange at first but now I count that as a good sign
