need some help please

I had one like that too but she passed away, sadly within 24 hours.

You may need to give her some sugar water to get her strength up.

Try some of the different materials recommended, like band-aids etc. I used coban (vet wrap) but she still flopped. I think it was from weakness. The vet wrap is supposed to work!

Some have made a chick chair for their chicks, where they sit in a sling of sorts with food and water in front of them and the legs tied together as they should be. I would think the chick would still need to be able to put some weight on the legs for this to work.

A friend of mine had a chick with spraddle leg and used vet wrap to bring the legs in. For the first couple of days, she had to constantly help the chick to stand. It kept falling over. By day 3, the chick had gotten the hang of standing and could shuffle around a bit. It took a lot of effort but within a week the chick was able to function independently with the bandage on. Her legs healed and she is normal now.
Keep trying!

I dont have vet wrap, the spraddle let isn't bad at all and it gets up from flapping, but then just gives up and falls over again and lays therw for a while. Deff not a weak chick

OK that is good to hear that he/she has some spunk in him/her!!!

Well maybe a chick sling or chair would help and do make sure the little one doesn't fall into the waterer.

I have a quail waterer in with them, so deff should be no problem there. She is a creme legbar pullet. The leg is just a bit wider then it should be, which makes her waddle, but not bad to where her legs are flat out. Little by little zhe looks like she may be getting it. But too early to tell yet. How long do I need to leave it on for?

When you say the leg is wider than it should be, do you mean that her hock joint is swollen, or her whole leg is swollen? Are both legs swollen?

Neither are swollen. Compared to a normal chick standing her legs are further apart causing her to waddle instead of walk. It's not bad at all, just want to get it fixed so she can walk ri ghh t and get around properly
