Need some help with this one!

We think this one is about 5 weeks old. He (?) seems to stand a little taller than the pullet, and he is very fiesty! ha! We purchased two pullets, but I'm thinking this one may, in fact, be a he. The pullet we purchased the same time as him (same age, same breed) has an obvious comb coming in. Your thoughts?

With a comb that large and red at 5 weeks and that light barring, you have a cockerel.

I think that is what we pretty much suspected, but I was secretly hoping to be wrong. lol. We can't keep a roo in town, and our property is still under construction. Suppose I better find someone who wants to babysit a roo for me for a few months.
