Need some help!

My coop is a mess!! During this season is when I clean everything out! However, I have not yet and under their roost it smells of ammonia like bad!! ( Please no judgement). I'm leaving for a 2 week trip so won't have time to clean until I get back. What can I use to help the smell until then??
