I just Googled Guinea chicken cross and I was wrong. They can cross. Feathersites has a write up about them.

It is possible to mate a guinea and a chicken, but the probability of the chickeets actually developing is not so good. If you go to feathersite they have some pics of guinea/chicken crosses.
