need some help

I hope someone can help me. I have some chickens that seem to have a lump on their chest.one of them the lump feels like the size of a tennis ball. They are all eatting and drinking well.it doesn't seem to bother them at all.was wondering if it is something to worry about. Not all the lumps are that big and not all of them have this.

Is it their crops? A well fed bird at the end of the day will have a very large and full crop. By the next morning the crop should have emptied down to the point where it is nearly flat.
