need some help

My daughter is bringing me home this little guy. They found it on the side of the road next to a bunch of other little ones who were dead. They think they got hit by a car. Is it a duckling or a gooseling? And any advise on raising them?

It looks like a gosling. Probably Canadian gosling of it was in the wild
