need some ideas....

I am going to need to build a couple of new houses for my birds( one for ducks, and another for a some bantams who's odds I suspect wouldn't be so great out with our larger birds)... I am planning on using pallets for materials, since I think I may be able to get some from my work, or if not, I know of at least 3 other places that would likely let me have some for free... I found this plan, which is appealingly simple, but I was wondering if any of you folks have ever made coops out of pallets, and if so, could you show me some pics for ideas...

You can search the internet for coops made from pallets. I found a lot of great ideals. I made mine from a few pallets and some other free materals. My husband and I have no building skills at all, it took us 3 weekends to build ours. Total out of pocket cost was around $100.00. You would be suprised what people will give you as far as materials go. If there are any builders in your area doing any kind of construction you can ask them they always throw away a lot of scraps. Thats where I got the shingles, and 2x2's and nails.
